Can a 5-minute animated film be made in two weeks? This was the herculean task taken by Mustashrik, the director of the music video for Elvis Costello & the Imposters' "Suspect My Tears."
Taking residence at Partizan Entertainment in Los Angeles, CA, Mustashrik and him team (including fellow Partizan director, Olivier Gondry) converted two offices into an animation suite and got to work. This mini-doc captures the two week sprint to the finish line with a fly-on-the-wall point-of-view and meditative reverence for the animation process.
